Crisis Intervention
Over Watch has their own established critical incident stress management team registered with the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. ICISF. Our team is comprised of members trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), and our team leaders are credentialed in this training. This team can be dispatched to provide support for individuals and groups involved in critical incidents through individual crisis intervention, group crisis measures, debriefing. Over Watch also offers on-scene crisis support, bringing staff out to the incident scene to provide immediate crisis response. Our team will also participate in incident review to address the critical element of staff resilience.

Clinical Intervention
Over Watch prides themselves on a unique approach to clinical intervention. We provide a 24-hour hotline manned by our staff. Callers reach a live individual for real-time support, and staff has access to a qualified clinician for support with any call. Over watch carefully chooses clinicians to be part of our team, looking for individuals with experience within the first responder field. Clinicians will follow up with callers if needed within 24 hours of their call and will set up intervention services as appropriate. Our team will meet individuals in the field or within an office setting and always provide a choice of the type of staff dependent on the individual’s preferences and/or needs. They can meet with a clinician or another staff member under clinical guidance.

Training/Program Development
Over Watch will help you select, train, and develop your own agency Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) team, and will provide clinical oversight to allow you to officially register your team with the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. ( ICISF). We will help you review your current policies and procedures and assist with establishment of wellness program elements that support the mental wellbeing of your members. We can help you establish a proactive process to normalize member contact with mental health providers and give members the opportunity to identify and address issues before they reach a critical state. Preventative services can help increase resiliency of staff and increase staff retention and job investment as well as reduce loss of staff and leaves of absence. We also offer training on topics at your request as we have multiple members who have presented on local, state and national levels.

Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 45 days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Any events rescheduled within 45 days of the original date will require full payment for perishable items. However, we always strive to collaborate with you.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, we request a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% to be paid 24 hours prior to your event.
What is the process for managing guest invites?
Within our online guest management system, you’ll find a user-friendly “Invites” section. You can either manage it yourself or allow us to take care of it for you.
